Ungrouped people

There is many people not grouped on the list of members.
Why? Can you create new groups? Can't you make a group "unsociety french players"?

I remember there was a group like this in the old forum, this group was named "Capitaines Libres", but it has never really been used.

Question is, what would be the difference between an ungrouped and a french general group? (viewing permissions)

and if we give viewing permissions to the french general group, who will moderate/vet the people who join this group?

Considering we already have a leak, it's not good to invite another one. Soc-leaders need to identify their members and put them into their group, is my opinion.

Pz be sure to make attention to new player. Maybe this forum could be the stone were build the communication with russian. It's far more easy to copy past their to be translate than ingame.
